Talent Acquisition Manager (FR/EN)

Your missions

As a Talent Acquisition, you’re responsible for the company’s headhunting and recruiting success.

1. Successfully hire 100+ talents within the next 12 months

  • You’ll have the responsibility to hire more than 100 talents: BDRs, Researchers, and other positions for various departments at Orchestra.
  • You will not (only) hire those talents through job boards and paid platforms, but through old-school headhunting – yourself at the beginning, and your soon-to-be team of hungry recruiters.
  • We can’t wait for platforms to connect us with candidates – we go and hunt them ourselves. As it always has been.

2. Design and rule the recruiting department

  • Define the recruiting processes, steps and tests.
  • Chose the best software and tools, and implement them.
  • Organize the reporting to the CEO and other departments.

3. Build and manage the HR team

It’s not a one-man job. You will have to define the department’s org-chart, and then hire, train and manage your HR team members toward success.


4. Build a hiring partners network
  • We must not depend on partners to get candidates pipeline (it’s too crucial in our business model), but we must diversify our source of candidates and maximize it.
  • You will have to create an attractive window for the company on the main European and US job boards and hiring platforms. Especially for sales, startup and remote jobs.

Your profile

  • You have 2+ years of experience in head-hunting, with strong learnings and results. We won’t get there without strong experience.
  • You are extremely hungry and determined – you won’t manage to hire hundreds of people if you’re not an operational machine hungry to reach the top.
  • You are fluent in French and English, living within the European time zone.
  • You are responsible, you own your missions and you never make excuses when you fail.
  • You truly love people and you are passionate about sharing with team members and helping them improve.

If you have a founder experience, it’s a big plus.
And if you have founded or led a recruiting firm, you are a perfect fit!
