Your missions

As the Prospecting Manager, you have 4 main responsibilities.

1. Run the BDRs’ hiring operations

  • screen candidates (100s per month) and detect the best ones;
  • assess their skills to select the top 1% – cold emailing + cold calling;
  • find the best-suited candidates to meet our clients’ criteria;
  • onboard and train selected BDRs – mindset, process, tools, methods.

2. Manage & Coach BDRs

  • BDRs’ weekly reviews – metrics, quality, mindset, pipe;
  • Cold calling training – objections handling, discovery, qualification;
  • Micromanagement – hours, habits, motivation, discipline;

3. Onboard & Report to Clients

  • handle the clients’ onboarding: targeting, messaging, training.
  • clients’ reporting – metrics, performance, process improvements.
4. Produce Killer Sales Content
  • Highly performing sales playbooks – calling scripts, objections handling, emailing templates, discovery questions, qualification forms.
  • Documents to train BDRs at scale – training knowledge, illustrated with good and bad examples of calls, emails, qualification notes, etc.

Your skills

  • Bilingual French + English – able to review calls and emails whatever the accent.
  • Prospecting expertise – cold-calling, cold emailing, discovery, qualification, active listening, objections handling.
  • You can show factual results demonstrating your capabilities – references, recommendation letters.
  • Team leader experience – able to assess candidates’ skills, and to make team members grow thanks to impactful 1-1 training.
  • Motivational leader – able to spark the fire in any willing person. 

In the end, you will be judged on your capacity to make every selected sales rep become the greatest version of himself.
